At Cases & Covers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new case or electronic accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included, and securely seal the box or padded mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
